Note. During this race, two boats needed to use their
engines to avoid commercial shipping. The US Sailing Rules allow this
avoiding action if the boat . Boats need to record the time under engine
and advise the Committee Boat of their use of their engine and the time.
A penalty is applied if engine is used to move forward.
