Bringing Racing to the Upper Bay

The Point to Point Race

The June 28-29 Point-to-point race weekend will be from Still Pond toward Bodkin Creek.  Boats will rendezvous at R38A (Region 1 racing mark “H”,  page 19) at 1145 hours on June 28.  The course will be determined at the start of the race depending on conditions.  After the finish all boats are encouraged to continue to Bodkin Creek.  After rafting and overnight anchoring you may choose to return on June 29 or continue for a few days, as follows:

            Sat, June 28 (32nm) – to Bodkin Creek at Jubb Cove

            Sun, June 29 (23nm) – to Langford Creek at Cacaway Island

            Mon, June 30 (30nm) – to Worton Creek

            Tue, July 1 (16nm) – to Georgetown
